I bought a car on 6/14/2020 and on the very next day I was stranded, the car would not turn on after visiting a store. Despite the unfortunate and inconvenient situation, Jim (our salesman) was available was stranded, the car would not turn on after visiting a store. Despite the unfortunate and inconvenient situation, Jim (our salesman) was available on his day off and he tried his very best to help us troubleshoot. When it still didn’t work he gave us all information we needed to get our car towed to the dealership. Thank you Jim. The next morning we received a call from JP telling us he had received our car. He was very good about keeping me up to date on the status of my car and letting me know what to expect. I was given a loaner car in place of mine to alleviate frustration and keep me living my life, thank you JP. I believe my car was taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and I thank the whole team involved. More

The salespeople are nice and try very hard to help you out. They're honest and easy to talk to. The handoff between salespeople, finance, etc is crap though. After the price negotiation, it took a week to get the papers together. Complete circus. The second session guy didn't even know if I was buyingoreasing, and had to waste my time with reading the manuals to me bc the finance guy wasn't ready for me until an hour after I was asked to come in exclusively to talk to the finance guy. Everyone individually did their job well, the organization between people and explaining to the customer what was necessary and when was dirt lacking though. More

I appreciate you being open during the pandemic and I love the car. However I think I should have been offered a 0% rate rather than 4; I was not offered deferred payments while other dealers are.
