I had a five-star experience with Addison and Joshua for this Subaru purchase on August 29, 2020. However, it’s hard to recommend BBVW because I had a horrible, ‘zero star’ experience trying to purchase a this Subaru purchase on August 29, 2020. However, it’s hard to recommend BBVW because I had a horrible, ‘zero star’ experience trying to purchase a VW convertible six months ago. I had to walk out after being handed off twice because salespeople were too busy to sell me a car after repeatedly begging me to ‘just come in to the dealership and we’ll give you a great deal on a new vehicle and trade-in.’ When I arrived, was I handed off multiple times then I was berated the final sales guy of the night, and while the sales manager recognized they were in the wrong, he did nothing to make up for the head-scratchingly horrible customer experience. If we didn’t love Subaru and VW cars (we own two VW’s now, sold a Subaru Forester, and just bought this Outback) AND live a mile from Bob Baker, I would never have gone back. More
