I used a buying service and got a call from Soren. He was the third salesman to call. I normally don't like to be controlled but I recognized how skilled he was and let him set up an appointment for me. Over the third salesman to call. Over the phone, he checked inventory for what I said I wanted and sent me a quote for the car that matched. The next day I was greeted for my appointment by Dustin Thompson. He was professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, everything I could want. We took the car on a test drive and I was sold. Dustin did his part of the paperwork with me very efficiently and set me up with their finance department. The person in the Finance Dept., a young man with an Hispanic name, was also friendly and efficient. He showed me my options but didn't pressure me one bit. My overall experience was great and I'm very happy. More
