Most horrible experience ever. Spoke with 3 different people who couldn’t keep their lies straight. Was told battery had 48 months warranty. Called by service requesting authorizat Spoke with 3 different people who couldn’t keep their lies straight. Was told battery had 48 months warranty. Called by service requesting authorization to install battery for a charge and informed it was covered. Received call back at 5pm stating battery out of warranty at 30 months. Received call back the next day from service manager stating battery warranty expired at 36 months. I informed manager battery was 31 months old. I was placed on hold for 12 minutes and then told that it expired at 30 months and if I purchased a new battery it would be covered at 32 months. More
