Lost all trust in getting my vehicle serviced here again. Then when I wanted to talk with the service manager another person tried to assist me and said they would reimburse me for my lost items. Still have not heard back but what my issue is, is that I am supposed to feel comfortable and trust the dealer where I bought my truck from to service it and not worry that things will be missing along with no communication. More
