came in twice for same issue. Clunking in the rear.. first time service dept replaced driver side rear leaf spring, after that clunking was enough louder. was told to drive to t Clunking in the rear.. first time service dept replaced driver side rear leaf spring, after that clunking was enough louder. was told to drive to till it settled... drove 500miles and clunking still there. Brought it back and was told they measured the axle and with spec and don't know if its leaf spring or axle. was told to nothing they can do and to call GM.. and once again truck was dirty for pickup More

When I arrived I was told I was early and that my appointment time was an hour later then I had. I heard my wife make the appointment and the time I had was correct.
