I flew in from out of state specifically because of the outstanding professionalism and communication I received from Seth during the negotiation process. He was upfront and honest, and we were able to agree on a price that both parties felt was fair given the current market conditions. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly welcomed by Anjanie, my face-to-face salesperson. She was not only lovely and positive, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the product she was selling. Anjanie made sure that every detail was covered, and she answered all my questions with confidence and a genuine passion for the Mazda brand. Her customer service skills are truly top-notch. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with Oleg, the Finance Manager. We encountered a minor issue stemming from a misunderstanding about the extended warranty coverage I was considering. However, Oleg's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were apparent as he quickly resolved the issue. Thanks to his guidance, I ended up purchasing the exact extended warranty that I wanted, and at a more than reasonable price. Overall, my experience at Jim Ellis Mazda was exceptional.
