I had a very poor experience. They forgot to pick me up after the car was done. The dealership sent me back to the dealership I purchased the car from to handle the infotainment g They forgot to pick me up after the car was done. The dealership sent me back to the dealership I purchased the car from to handle the infotainment going black. My 2025 Trax RS is under warranty, and all Chevy dealerships should treat each customer as they purchased the vehicle from them. I had to drive 3 hours away to take my car to the dealership I purchased it from. The worst part is that I had to drive 3 hours without the ability to see how fast I was driving on an ongoing basis. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this dealership. More
