Avoid Kia and Bulldog Kia completely. Bulldog Kia will do everything they can to avoid taking care of your car issues once you drive off the lot. They are salespeople first and foremost. If you’ve read my statement below and have had a similar experience at Bulldog Kia, I encourage you to reach out to Kia Corporate and new owners, Butler Automotive Group, to file a formal complaint. Kia Consumer Affairs can be reached at 1-800-333-4542 Butler Auto can be contacted here: https://www.butlercars.com/contactus.aspx Here’s my latest Bulldog Kia experience: I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Kia Sorento from Bulldog Kia at the end of 2019. I still have over a year left on the Powertrain warranty (covering the engine/transmission/etc...). After purchasing this vehicle I was informed via mail that there was a class action settlement regarding the engine and its potential for failure. This is a lifetime “extended” engine warranty as Kia calls it. So, my recalled engine should be replaced under this settlement…or, so I thought. After a couple of years of driving, I started noticing that my Kia burned through roughly 5 quarts of oil between oil changes. That has now increased to 10 quarts with an engine with just over 85,000 miles on it. So, with a brand new oil change, and me topping it off, I can expect about 15 quarts of oil to be consumed within 5000 miles. Kia Corporate and Bulldog Kia are aware of this and still refuse to replace this engine. I took it in for an oil change on 12.18.24 and received the worst “customer service” that I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve scheduled ALL of my services through Bulldog Kia so that I know maintenance is performed properly by a Kia technician. I’ve been nothing but loyal to them until today. I had an oil change scheduled and in the meantime my engine light came on (and it’s still on). Apparently the only way they’ll replace the engine is if it seizes up and leaves you stranded. And, that’s IF they decide to replace it (look up “Kia engine failure” horror stories online). I was told by Service Manager, Ben Hicks that he would do everything possible to take care of my issues upon my arrival. I was told by service advisor, Dylan Parr, that he would call JM&A (the warranty company) and work out details about this oil consumption issue. I was also invited into an office by Robert Branch (not sure of his title) and YELLED at because I was being too vocal and disruptive about this issue. I can assure you, Mr. Branch was much louder than me as he screamed at me and pointed his finger inches from my face on the showroom floor (all while telling me to “calm down” in front of other customers). Admittedly, I was more vocal than I normally would be but, the way that I was treated by some of the Bulldog Kia employees was like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. As Dylan finished my paperwork and walked me out to my car, he informed me that they WOULD NOT actually do any of the things that they said they would do for me. Dylan then proceeded to tell me I should NEVER come back to Bulldog Kia and to take it elsewhere. “There’s a Kia dealership in Buford”, he said. Read the 1-star reviews about Bulldog Kia (view by lowest rated) on Google or Yelp. Do a search for Kia engine failure and Kia oil consumption. Also, take note that many of the positive Bulldog Kia reviews have been acquired by offering a free oil change for a 5-star review. Gross. I wish I would’ve known more about Kia before I purchased this vehicle. Honestly, I’m just trying to save anyone else from the headache of owning one of these vehicles. On 12.20.24, I left a message with General Manager, Seth Greenwall, (who was not there during my visit) hoping that he’d be a voice of reason in this situation. One last attempt at a resolution. He will not call me back. That tells you everything about their “customer service”. The GM even ignores unhappy customers (I was pleasant in the phone message). Avoid Kia, y’all. More

Such an answer to prayer. Never once did we hesitate to purchase from Bulldog Kia. James first assisted us by phone, and basically sold the car before we ever even met him.
