Rick and Seth were phenomenal both during the purchase and after the sale setup of the vehicle. We have used Steingold many years for service but this was our first purchase there. We moved to Attleboro M and after the sale setup of the vehicle. We have used Steingold many years for service but this was our first purchase there. We moved to Attleboro MA in May 2020 and gradually began using the Service Dept. The new showroom and service waiting area are also very appealing. I truly hate buying cars, so finding a dealership I trust is everything to me. I recently traded in my car at Steingold Volvo, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. I called ahead and was very transparent about my budget, my must-haves, and what I was looking for. They listened. When the right car came in, they called me immediately. I was there within the hour, the numbers worked, and I drove home that night with everything on my wish list and more. They were kind, honorable, and incredibly easy to work with. After 15 years with the same dealership in Chicago, I was hoping to find that same long-term relationship here in Providence. I can confidently say I have. I will not go anywhere else. More
