I am a 6th generation Vermonter and grew up in Montpelier. After high school I attended the Culinary Institue of America in Hyde Park, New York. I worked primarily on cruise ships until I got burned out on cooking and started in the building trades. I spent 10 years building and remodeling houses in the Richmond/Burlington area. My first truck was a 2002 Tacoma and I have been hooked on Toyota's style, performance and dependability ever since. My wife and I always had a great experience buying from Heritage, so when my body started telling me it was time to get out of building, Heritage Toyota was the first place I applied. In my free time I am a volunteer ski patroller at Bolton Valley, and I coach my son's little league team. I look forward to helping you with any new or preowned Toyota needs you have.

Our new 2025 Cross Hybrid is our 4th car purchased from Heritage. We are very pleased with our new car - Toyota Corolla Hybrid. The day started out with a test drive and Seth was very knowledgeable about the car - he did a great job pointing out the features and settin Hybrid. I had a great experience purchasing my first Toyota from Heritage, specifically with Seth Giffin. I had a certified vehicle in mind, and Seth made me feel comfortable right from the start, from giving me a Heritage, specifically with Seth Giffin. I had a certified vehicle in mind, and Seth made me feel comfortable right from the start, from giving me a phone call ahead of our meeting to introduce himself and a short video so I'd know who he was in the sea of salesmen on the floor, to explaining all I needed to know to purchase the vehicle and trade-in my previous vehicle. The car wasn't available right away, but he kept me updated frequently about the status so that when it came time to make the purchase, everything went smoothly and easily. I never felt any pressure from Seth, and he was easy to talk to and comfortable to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about purchasing a Toyota. Thanks Heritage for a relatively painless car-buying process! More
