Even though I asked for a car brought up from CA, Seth m with! He does what he promises, and stays with you each step of the new car buying process. Over the years, I have purchased several cars and the last 3 have been Toyota's. I have never been treated as well as I have been treated at Gladstone Toyota. First of all, I did an internet price search using both COSTCO and Consumers Report referrals to the dealer. Gladstone's price was considerably below all other prices quoted and, additionally, Seth Dustin, their internet manager was straight forward and very honest throughout the whole dealing. Gladstone promised several "extras" on the Highlander we bought and, even though some of them were not on the car when delivered, they, without hesitation, met all of their commitments, some of which were only verbal and not in the contract. I have had one service appointment with this dealership and my service advisor reflected the same sort of candor and honesty in dealing with my questions and concerns. Everyone I have met at this company, and they ensured I even met the General Manager, has been open, friendly and very straightforward. Very unusual for a car dealer, and very refreshing. More
