Showed up with the intent to put a deposit on a Magnetite Gray Wilderness, ended up leaving same day with a Black. I'm very happy I chose Wilsonville over my local dealership. I worked with Ashley who was Gray Wilderness, ended up leaving same day with a Black. I'm very happy I chose Wilsonville over my local dealership. I worked with Ashley who was very friendly and never seemed to be rushing me to decide on what I wanted to do. Even after hours doing paperwork and getting to know the car, never once felt rushed or like they were impatient and wanted me to just leave. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely do future business with them. Even a week later when I went in to get some additions to my car, the guys in the service department seemed to enjoy their job and were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. I also enjoyed how much they all seemed to love my car! :D More

My wife and I have bought 4 cars from Holly Hill. It is always a great experience. She is always friendly and makes us feel like family. Purchase and Initial Service Experience - Best Ever! It was time for a new car and my sole choice was a Forester. I had the most incredible and truly fun time working with Flo to select the right car. It was time for a new car and my sole choice was a Forester. I had the most incredible and truly fun time working with Flo to select the right car. He seemed to know exactly what I needed. This buying experience was like none I've had in the past. It was joyful and we laughed a lot as we worked together. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Flo: knowledgeable, kind, courteous, patient, understanding, and all-round amazing. I got the perfect car because of him. I wanted some accessories added to the car and that brought me in contact with Chris and Seth. Again, two more incredibly knowledgeable gentlemen. Seth shared information about the accessories I wanted and followed through on my orders so efficiently and thoroughly, and with great care. Chris has been my go-to guy for all the service needed to make my Forester exactly as I want it. He has been truly amazing to work with and has gone above and beyond to ensure I am satisfied. I've had the most contact with Chris and it's been such a joy to work with him. He's such a friendly and caring person. I cannot say enough great things about Wilsonville Subaru. I am so glad I got my car here. This has been the most fabulous experience of car-buying I've ever had. As good as can be expected First off i will say that our sales associate Holly Hill was great. She made us very comfortable and was very attentive. The experience was as good First off i will say that our sales associate Holly Hill was great. She made us very comfortable and was very attentive. The experience was as good as can be expected. Let me explain. I was very excited about the concept of the "no bull" price. I was looking forward to coming in, choosing the car i wanted and buying it without all the "i will have to run that by my manager" crap that i have gone through when negotiating the price of other cars i have bought. And that part of the process was just as promised but it still took me almost 4 hours to get in and out. The reason why is all the upsell options that you have to go through. The extended warranty on the car, the extended warranty on the electronics, the extra warranty for the windshield, the gap insurance and the options for protective coatings inside and out. By the time i left, i was exhausted. What i found even more bothersome is they never tell you the price of something, instead it is always put in terms of your monthly payment. This forces the buyer to constantly do the long division to figure out what they are paying for any of the options. For example, we decided to get a coating that protects the front of the car and also have the interior sprayed with a fabric/surface protectant. We wanted these items but i would have been a lot happier if they had just said that combined they would cost $2500 instead of presenting me with the option of paying $378 a month without it or $423 with it. I hate not being told the price. Just tell me the price. I waited to write this review until i had brought the car back for the environmental coatings and protectants that i mentioned previously so that i could give some feedback on the service department as well. My experience with the service department was spot on. Efficient and attentive and spent the time to answer all of my questions. Could not ask for more. In the end, i guess it is unrealistic to expect a truly stress free car purchase. Personally, i would have loved it if all the options that i would be presented with could be found online listed with their prices so that my wife and i could spend as much time as we wanted in private discussing them and then just zip right through them at the dealership. (Maybe they are and i just don't know about it.) I do understand that car dealerships are businesses, maybe someday Unicef will start selling cars but until then these are the people you have to deal with. And i understand that much of the profit comes from the add on sales so i don't begrudge them that they are doing their jobs. I would recommend Wilsonville Subaru to anyone looking for a new a car but i would also recommend gathering a little more information about all the options so that you can walk in knowing all the things you want and not just which car you want. More

Rachael is the best service advisor I have ever worked with and I work with many on a daily basis. So lucky to have her.! She always makes sure my vehicles are done in a timely manner and her communicatio with and I work with many on a daily basis. So lucky to have her.! She always makes sure my vehicles are done in a timely manner and her communication is impeccable.! I bring all of my Subaru's here because I am always taken care of. This facility is beautiful, clean and everyone is professional and friendly. 11/10 recommended for all your Subaru needs. Their parts team also provides excellent knowledge and urgency, I enjoy working with this dealership a great deal. More
