I arranged with Brad Ballentine,the GM, to pick up my XT-5 with a loner vehicle in order to have the oil changed and tires rotated. The trip is approximately 150 mile roundtrip, the car was picked up in XT-5 with a loner vehicle in order to have the oil changed and tires rotated. This makes my second XT-5 through Serra of Jackson but I've had previous experience with Brad at a former employer and I could not be happier. Serra of Jackson is always great. This time they weren’t on their game like usual. Had an appearance for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Oil change was smooth but 2.5 hours This time they weren’t on their game like usual. Had an appearance for an oil change and fuel filter replacement. Oil change was smooth but 2.5 hours later I got the truck. I asked why the long appointment and technician said they didn’t have any fuel filters and had to go buy one. Seems that if you make an appointment two weeks in advance all parts etc should be on hand. I also feel I should have gotten the fuel filter at cost. More
