I took my Tahoe in for a noise it made when you were going over 70 mph. The transmission had just been replaced at another dealer. They told me to turn the radio up and not worry about the noise. Serra going over 70 mph. The transmission had just been replaced at another dealer. They told me to turn the radio up and not worry about the noise. Serra said the noise was from rear differential. $3700 repair, noise still there. The transmission, not even a week old, was bad. The way replaced but I paid for a repair that I'm not sure was necessary and it was very expensive. Not too pleased with either dealer but Serra did get it repaired. Express Chevrolet in Brownsville put in a bad transmission, not their fault, but discounted my concerns and told me to turn the radio up and ignore the noise. More

The dealership staff was friendly and the premises were clean. Surprisingly, the basic services were competitively priced if you are going to book an appointment somewhere to bring it in. Communication timeliness could be improved, but given how incredibly busy they stay, I will absolutely given them a pass this time. More

Great service department, friendly staff, quick, reliable service. Would recommend them even if you didn't buy from them. I bought my Kia in New York, live in Tiptop and drive over an hour because reliable service. Would recommend them even if you didn't buy from them. Another than that service department totally gets a 5 star review in my book. More
