I was told my service would take a couple of hours. I needed to wait and told them I had to be at work at 2:00. I was there from my appointment time at 9:30 until 1:00, which made me late for work. Tim I needed to wait and told them I had to be at work at 2:00. I was there from my appointment time at 9:30 until 1:00, which made me late for work. Time was a huge issue on this day!! Also oil change indicator was not reset and comes on every time I start the car. The computer won’t let me reset it. Irritating, since I drive there from Overland Park! More
