I just want to start with saying thank you, I've been working in this industry since 2015 and this has been by far the best service and parts experience I have had. A lot of advisors don’t want to take t working in this industry since 2015 and this has been by far the best service and parts experience I have had. A lot of advisors don’t want to take the time to work with warranty companies that are the oem warranty and he did he was able to take care of all my concerns and made my pregnant wife and myself feel safe in our vehicle for the first time since we bought it. The communication was on point. He seeks to understand what the concern is and made it happen. Also what to thank the tech that worked on my car a finding the problem with my front lower control arms that carmax insisted on saying nothing was wrong with them when there was. The turn around time was great. Overall best experience ever thank you again and look forward to driving business your way. I will be tell all my friends and family this is the place to go!!!!!! More
