Sergio and Jessup were awesome with the repair of my 2020 Chevrolet Bolt. The high voltage battery needed replacement and since the battery took almost 2 months to to arrive from GM, they were great in prov Chevrolet Bolt. The high voltage battery needed replacement and since the battery took almost 2 months to to arrive from GM, they were great in providing me a replacement car for the time my Bolt was down. Sergio was excellent with communication and follow through and made the entire process very easy. Happy to have my Bolt back and good as new, More

They always take such great care of my car! ! Sergio was my advisor and he coordinated with Eddie in Parts to get what my car needed. Gerry the technician fixed my car and it runs perfectly! Chr ! My entire experience with Jessup Service was positive. It was super easy to make an appointment through the Cadillac app. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and checked in. I really liked that right It was super easy to make an appointment through the Cadillac app. When I arrived I was quickly greeted and checked in. I really liked that right after I checked in I got a text from Sergio that I could use to communicate with him throughout the time my car was in for service. Sergio was very communicative and helpful. My car ended up needing a new tire so I had to return a day later to get the tire mounted and when I did return Sergio made sure the car went right back to have the tire installed while I waited. It was a great service experience overall. More
