Sales reps, and finance department are sensational. However parts and maintenance was the worst expierence ever. Was mistreated and lost two days of work because of this situation. I had an appointment for Dec 2nd 2024 for work to be done to my truck. Upon arrival I was treated poorly by Sergio. Used ill tone with me. I felt very uncomfortable. Work was done room 5 hours approximately and when I was called my truck was ready I went to pick up and was met by mechanic. Told him I was not happy with work done and I no longer wanted the bed liner because it hadn’t been properly installed. I have pictures to provide. I lost one whole day of work just trying to get my money back for parts and I even had to pay labour twice. I was mistreated by Sergio and Erick. The worst customer service skills ever. My needs were not met and I was not a priority to them. A customer was given priority even though my situation had not been resolved. I have never felt so discriminated before. I am seriously considering a law suit. I really hope someone reads this and reaches out to me and these employees are reprimanded for such awful and inhumane behavior. This establishment needs to train better. More

I authorized a credit card charge for the order of a part my car needed. After waiting over 4 months for the part, I cancelled the order and bought it online from a GM parts distributor. It took over 3 mon my car needed. After waiting over 4 months for the part, I cancelled the order and bought it online from a GM parts distributor. It took over 3 months after the order was cancelled for Jessup to send me the $906.00 refund. Customer service from the parts department and accounts payable department was abysmal. More

My family and I have been doing business with Jessup for a few years and have leased and purchased several Cadillacs at the dealership. We get all of our warranty and scheduled maintenance done there in the a few years and have leased and purchased several Cadillacs at the dealership. We get all of our warranty and scheduled maintenance done there in the friendly and professional service department. We have also used their bodyshop to repair damages and they have always done a great job and are fairly easy to work with. More
