New truck - dash cam would not pair and truck displayed "System Stopped" error message during recent roadtrip. Service appt needed. When finished, we picked up the truck and the radio was on a station we "System Stopped" error message during recent roadtrip. Service appt needed. When finished, we picked up the truck and the radio was on a station we never use, the lights had been taken off the auto setting, bluetooth was disabled and not reactivated, and personnel were unable to explain "Connection" features we had purchased. Dash cam problem was resolved and there was no explanation available for the "System Stopped" error message. Everyone at the dealership was very polite but quick to send us on our way when they did not know an answer. More
