My service guy was friendly and nice however - the one thing I asked him was to change my clock and he didn’t do that . Didn’t notice til I got home. Also rather than go over the services that were perfor thing I asked him was to change my clock and he didn’t do that . Didn’t notice til I got home. Also rather than go over the services that were performed , he just handed me the papers and pointed to where I checked out . My car was just there for the 10,000 mike checkup and clearly nothing wrong but I assumed he would take 2 min to review what had just taken an hour to do . The whole dealership feels like everyone has a quota and hurries you along . The service guy should not make you feel rushed . More

I'd say at this point you're wasting my time by asking for more. The place is a little chaotic and many of the employees do 't seem that engaged. I don't really trust service because of a constant pus for more. The place is a little chaotic and many of the employees do 't seem that engaged. I don't really trust service because of a constant push for increased services vs. doing what's truly needed. My service rep today was fine and a nice guy. More
