From our initial visit, coming in to test drive our 1st Subaru we love it here! Stephen our Sales guy was awesome, I forgot the finance guys name but he too was great(Lapon I think). We love it that Subaru has a program for rescue dogs, since we do have a rescue dog in our family. Service group is also a great team! Poon and the rest who have worked on our Subbie. The lounge is a plus as always whenever coming in for service, a place to catch up on down time while waiting for our Crosstrek. Hopefully when it's time to add another Subbie we can definitely find one again here at Albany. More

The Albany Subaru repair shop is extremely well run, clean, and thorough. I arrived at 10:30am and was expected to have an Express maintenance service, which generally gets me out in an hour and a half. clean, and thorough. Alan had explained all the maintenance that would be included and we went over pricing. Then he told me the car should be ready in about 90 minutes. I’ve used this Express Service before and they are very accurate. Usually I walk along Solano Ave and they text me when the car is ready. This day it was raining so I just waited in their comfortable guest lounge (tea, coffee, water and snacks available). When the service was finished Alan went over the inspection and suggested additional services that needed attention and the costs. I was short on time but told him I’d schedule those repairs soon. All the reps are very helpful and I’ve been very pleased with them. I’ve been coming here since 2018 when I purchased my Subaru. More

I'll give 4 star to the dealership but 5 star for our sales asdociate Rick Riise. Rick help me and my during the dealing process with ease and care. However, it was already late at night when we took our new Forester. The next day, I noticed a slight long scratch on the rear end bumper. I think it may have cause it during detailing. As I said was late in the evening. Also, we didn't get an assistance on explaining the cars features. I had to schedule it a few days later. In addition, when I had may car scheduled for catalyic converter etching, I give 4 star to the technician. I didn't expect to be done on the same day I drop off the car. However, when I picked up the car. I noticed a gum stucked on my right glass window. More
