From the point of my internet inquiry to the completion of the final lease documents, I received prompt, professional service from the sales and finance teams. Being a numbers person, it is important that of the final lease documents, I received prompt, professional service from the sales and finance teams. Being a numbers person, it is important that I know how the final lease payment was arrived at. There was a mutual respect and understanding of how the numbers worked out to benefit me and the dealership. This was the first time I dealt with this dealership. A local competitor failed to follow-up with me as a repeat customer (other than with automated emails) and I had to reach out to them. Perhaps the opportunity to "steal" me away from the other Honda shop influenced the significantly lower lease payment but that is ok. Hondas sell themselves but it is nice to have a team trained in a customer-focused culture to work with. We will be back. More
