I had such an amazing experience trading in my lease to finance a used Lexus. Javier went so out of his way to get me to the payment I needed and made me feel respected as I was there by myself, while simu finance a used Lexus. The next day, something happened with the car that was completely out of his control but Javier still went SO above and beyond to fix the problem for me. Linda kept me company the entire time I was there and I left feeling like I made a new friend. She was so wonderful and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed and someone to talk to at all times. Sekula in Finance was so caring and considerate as well.
