I give 1 cause I can’t give zero or even negative. Save yourself some headaches and disappointment in the future by avoiding this place at all costs. They tell you one thing and then deny and talk in circles, like you should be happy you have a car. I had originally gone into Kia Greenway North back in May after already having previous bad experiences with them because they sent me messages offering great deals on a car and I needed a car. I should have stayed away. We did purchase a car though and we specifically asked if they did the free oil changes for life. We were told by the original person that sold us the car, “yes” since we bought the car at Kia. The original contract was scrapped in October due to Kia dropping the ball on paperwork per the finance company, so we had to go back in and fill out another contract and get another finance company. At that time I asked if the contract would be the same and was told yes. Long, long, frustrating story short, I went in for an oil today and was told that wasn’t part of the contract that we signed in October. It should have known it was going to be a bad experience today when I pulled up and one man was asking for a manager, another couple was upset about there experience and screaming, and then they couldn’t find my appointment lol. NEVER EVER again will I go there for anything. More

Kia North informed me that they could match the 0% interest rate currently offered by Hyundai, but only for 2024 models. Naturally, I was thrilled. However, when Kia North checked for available 2024 m interest rate currently offered by Hyundai, but only for 2024 models. Naturally, I was thrilled. However, when Kia North checked for available 2024 models statewide, they were dishonest and claimed there were none available. Their response time is frustratingly slow at this store, prompting me to reach out to other dealerships myself and I found one at Kia West. When I informed Kia North about the availability of a 2024 model at Kia West dealership, they stated they couldn't access it even though Kia West informed me Kia North should be able to access it. (Seriously, what is the point of looking around at other stores if you can't acccess them?) It seemed clear that they preferred to sell me a 2025 model at a 6% interest rate instead. I walked out as they refused to honor their agreement. More

I put too much trust in salesman and finance manager and ended up paying way more than expected. Over 5,000.00.ask to see paperwork before signing anything. I am a 73 yr old female and I was taken advantage ended up paying way more than expected. Over 5,000.00.ask to see paperwork before signing anything. I would recommend bringing a seasoned salesperson with you and maybe a lawyer price advertised 17,500 price actually paid 22,000 expensive lesson for me to learn More

Lack of communication post sale. I noted an issue with the headlight before leaving the dealership but was told it is fine. I messaged Joshua asking if I could bring the car in and h I noted an issue with the headlight before leaving the dealership but was told it is fine. I messaged Joshua asking if I could bring the car in and he said he would let me know in 40 minutes. 3 hours later I hadn't received any word so I followed up and he responded with "I'll ask"....what!? You said you were asking nearly 4 hours ago! Then I realized I hadn't received my bill of sale nor did I get my copy of the contract and agreement. It's been 2 days and I have yet to hear back from Joshua despite me following up. I am still waiting to hear if my tags were transfered so I can use my license plate! Overall poor experience with Joshua. More
