This business is permanently closed and it’s because of their illegal activities. First issue which should have been a red flag. The dealership would not let me use my own funding. They wanted me to use th their illegal activities. First issue which should have been a red flag. The dealership would not let me use my own funding. They wanted me to use their approved financing companies. It ended up being with Credit Union so I was cool. Second, I purchased my car back in June and it took them about 5 months to get my tags and registration. They would not answer calls so I had to drive up there everytime. The excuse was… we are waiting on the title from their floor plan. Finally got my registration. I purchased Gap insurance, theft protection monitoring and warranty. Totaling somewhere around 6500. Two days ago I received 4 letters advising my contract, gap insurance and warranties are void because they never received the payment. The kicker is the Dealer is permanently closed and the phones are disconnected. I filed a complaint with DMV and they concluded their investigation: This is their response: I have completed my investigation regarding your complaint filed with the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV). My investigation revealed violations related to the laws and/or rules regulated by the TxDMV. Accordingly, your case has been forwarded to an assigned attorney, who will make the final determination on what disciplinary action, if any, will be taken. You may have civil claims that can be pursued in other forums, and you may wish to consult a private attorney to discuss your options. Thank you for bringing this matter to the attention of the TxDMV. Now I need to find a lawyer. 😣 More
