We found the vehicle we wanted to buy online, spoke with Lauren on Saturday about purchasing the car over the phone and waiting until the following Sat to come pick it up since we live 6 1/2 hrs away. Lauren told us she’d need to speak with the manager about waiting to next weekend to pick it up. Sebastian called us back and said they needed to sell the car by Wednesday for end of month and asked us if we could come by Mon-Wed to get it, we said no because of work, but we could do all the paperwork electronically to buy it and then pick it up the next weekend and we’re told we couldn’t buy it without coming in. After some discussion my wife and I figured out how to make it work and texted Lauren that we would be there Monday Morning since they were closed Sunday, to buy the car. She had us fill out the finance application and We rented a hotel room and hopped in our car for a 6 1/2 drive to be there first thing Monday morning. Monday morning called Lauren first thing in the morning and she said she would have the finance guy reach out to us so we’d just need to go in and sign. 3 hrs later I still hadn’t heard from finance guy so left Lauren a message asking for information on when we could finish paperwork, someone else called (not sure who) and said they sold the car and it wasn’t available. Went to the dealership and spoke to Jason, the General Manager, he said he didn’t know how or when the car got sold (between the end of day Saturday when they closed and Monday morning when they opened since they’re closed Sunday), apologized for the error and offered to refund our travel cost. After driving 6 1/2 hrs back home, I emailed Jason receipts for hotel and gas, and in the 9 days since he hasn’t responded to the email or the voicemails I left. Very unethical way to treat someone who drove 13 hours round trip and spent $732 in gas and hotel because they “needed us to come to the dealership ASAP to buy the car”. Shame on us for trusting them, Shame on them for not holding up their word and just ignoring us, it’s unfortunate such shady people exist. More

I met Sebastian today and had a great time buying my third Toyota from this dealership in the last six years. He answered every question I had- and I had quite a few! I realize it’s his job to know cars third Toyota from this dealership in the last six years. He answered every question I had- and I had quite a few!
