DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING: Their Internet prices on used-car websites are not honored. I found a great vehicle, took a pleasant test drive with a courteous salesperson, but then when I elected to purchase the v websites are not honored. I'm obviously not talking about taxes, title and registration costs. I gladly took my business elsewhere after the sales manager (in person) and Internet sales director (by email) were unwilling to give me the courtesy of selling me a car at the advertised price. Worst experience ever. Avoid this dealership like the plague. Sebastian and Jacques are the worst "managers" EVER! Lies Lies Lies And excuses excuses excuses. LATER this morning Jacques came on phone without identifying himself and told us they were not responsible for all the bogus info we were given. He then told me he did not need my business and Sebastian in the background said he didn't need me he will sell the car with no problem. Rude Rude and disrespectful no remorse it compassion for issue they caused. Stay clear of this dealership. They are NOT customer oriented. More
