Had nothing but bad experiences here with the service department. Every time I go in they are rude and belittling. I even left the dealership having paid for an oil change but never getting the oil actua department. Every time I go in they are rude and belittling. I even left the dealership having paid for an oil change but never getting the oil actually changed. After going back in to have them actually replace my oil, they had the nerve to ask me to write them a good review. I lived in 4 states and this is by far the worst Toyota dealer I’ve experienced. I will not be going back here for service. More

This dealership is so friendly and helpful. Sean was great. He explained what they were going to do and kept in touch with me about timing and added services needed.
