Like the video of multi point vehicle inspection, wish that advisor would have told me about the video and the accompanying information. Also wish I could have received the point by point inspection summa that advisor would have told me about the video and the accompanying information. Also wish I could have received the point by point inspection summary in print or downloadable format. Don’t understand why service advisor did not point out the slow leak due to embedded screw in one of the tires. They let me drive the car off the premises with a compromised tire without telling me!!! That info was buried in the video (received after the service) and also not mentioned in the point by point written report. This is a COMMUNICATIONS ISSUE! Additionally, don’t understand why the maintenance required light did not get reset after the oil change. This is a QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE! My impression is that the maintenance technicians do a good job, but their efforts are not adequately communicated to the customer by the advisors. More

We have used Cedar Park Toyota for some time now and take both of our vehicles to them for routine maintenance. Normally my wife does not complete this chore and it is left to me; however, on this occasion, both of our vehicles to them for routine maintenance. Normally my wife does not complete this chore and it is left to me; however, on this occasion, my wife took our truck in for an oil change and waited at the dealership. After waiting for approximately an hour, she contacted me and ask if I had received a video of the oil change progress. I had not. This is the rub, the hour wait is not the issue, the issue is that no one met with her at any time during that hour to give an update status. This was totally unsatisfactory and if it happens again, we will find service somewhere else. More

The brand new purchase of my new Toyota Tundra was second to none. The four gentlemen that provided the best and most thorough customer service of my adult life are Roc, Brandon, Logan , and Job. They all did a phenomenal job by making the process so much easier than I was originally anticipating. You’re getting a poor rating because I had some damage in my engine from rodents and you guys sent out pictures with a lot of dust that was on top of my engine cover and basically several places under there my engine from rodents and you guys sent out pictures with a lot of dust that was on top of my engine cover and basically several places under there everything was fixed correctly. I appreciate the fact that you did fix all my recalls Replaced a cow on the side of my seat that was broken and was a recall. Sean Williams did a very good job as my service guy but none of that residue dust footprints rats were cleaned off. I had to go wash the inside of that motor off myself I also did not like when they called to tell me my truck was ready and said you need to come down and pay $1580 , when this was being covered by my insurance, Geico went down and delivered a check and call me and said hey I just paid him go get your truck when I got there your people could not find the check and I had to wait over 45 minutes till they finally found it and I paid I bought four vehicles from your location. One was a referral for my daughter. The other three were purchased in my name and I am really going to think next time about getting a Toyota from y’all or maybe I’ll switch to Chevy or Ford so that’s why you’re getting a poor rating Look forward to talking to someone if someone would like to call me just to share my feelings I just don’t felt that I was handled the way I should have and especially being such a loyal Toyota customer More
