After relocating from California and seeking a new opportunity, Sean was attracted to Courtesy because of the "friendly, family owned business." I set appointment to look at a vehicle I have been looking for online. Brianna reached out to confirm everything with me. When my wife and I arrived they all gave us a warm welcoming. I was in the veh looking for online. Brianna reached out to confirm everything with me. When my wife and I arrived they all gave us a warm welcoming. I was in the vehicle within a few minutes. Jim and Sean were so helpful. I appreciate their courteous service. They never pressured me. That kind of service is what makes a sell. Outstanding customer service! I found him to be self serving and more interested in adding an additional costly service contract to my car. I understand that may be part of his job but the push to add the service was done in away that it made you think the purchase would result in serious mechanical problems with my car in the future. That doesn’t make purchasing a car from your dealership a safe decision. I left without making the purchase. If Jim and Sean had not interceded when I chose not to make purchase I would not have moved forward. With their support and commitment to assure the purchase would be a safe decision I came back and bought my car. You have two very good people working for your dealership! More
