I started with one of the internet managers and basically told him the car we were looking for and the price we were willing to pay. I told him I didn't want all the typical dealer add-ons. I got the price (with taxes/fees) on the phone. And then I mentioned an older car we might be willing to trade in. I was very pleased at the trade-in price, which was negotiated separately from the price I had already been given for the new car. We dealt with two excellent internet managers, one of whom was Jonathan Gorton, the internet director and the finance manager, Marcus. Extremely pleased every step of the way and I am very hard to please. More
