Overall, service was very good, professional and timely for the maintenance needed. Just a little inconvenient that wheel service issues are only performed on Mon-Fri. for the maintenance needed. Just a little inconvenient that wheel service issues are only performed on Mon-Fri. More

I am giving a five-star rating to this dealership and to the employees that I dealt with not because of the flawless execution (because there were a number of issues), but because those I dealt with were al the employees that I dealt with not because of the flawless execution (because there were a number of issues), but because those I dealt with were all professional and personal in executing the three most important customer service qualities (people/client-first attitude, problem solving skills, and personal and professional ethics) that I read in another review. I live roughly 500 miles away from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter (PAP) in Virginia, and I was vacationing almost 400 miles away from PAP in South Carolina when I first called and spoke to Chad Douglas, Porsche Brand Ambassador on Monday, 9/16/24. Chad could not have been better on the initial call. I felt comfortable enough to make a counter offer on the 2021 Panamera listed price on the internet. Chad submitted my offer immediately and it was accepted with only one dealer condition (that I finance the vehicle with PAP). My only condition was that I come see the car and approve of the condition. This was probably the quickest offer and acceptance that I had ever experienced in roughly 50 years of car purchases, and I certainly appreciated that very first encounter. I filled out finance application that evening and submitted it to PAP. Note: I already had a (5.39%) preapproval for $5000 over the purchase price from BAC in hand that I also sent to Chad on Wednesday. On Thursday, 9/19/24, I rented a one-way rental and drove roughly 400 miles from SC to PAP to view the vehicle and complete the transaction. Chad cordially greeted me, showed me the car, went on a test drive with me, and filled out paperwork for me to sign. The car looked fantastic (although without the wrap that was shown in all of the pictures on the internet). There was one problem with the $699 service fee, that Chad was able to quickly talk to his manager and adjust back to my understanding of my initial offer which I greatly appreciated. After a fairly long wait (maybe an hour or more), I finally was taken to meet with Sean Plumber, Porsche Finance Manager, who was equally as personal and professional as Chad. Sean initially had the price incorrect related to the $699 adjustment above, but he quickly adjusted it after leaving to speak to his manager to get it approved. Then, Sean offered me a "comparable" interest rate of 6.60%. After I said that 1.21% higher than my BAC rate was not "comparable" to me and we discussed it further, Sean adjusted my rate down to 5.71% which I accepted (despite it being 33 basis points higher than my BAC rate) because I had agreed to let PAP get the finance business (if reasonable) since PAP had discounted the purchase price initially. I added an additional (3rd) year of Porsche unlimited warranty after Sean offered a 10% discount for me being a prior Porsche owner. At this point, they introduced me to Jeremy Shipp, Porsche Pro. Since I had already been at the dealership roughly four hours and I need to get to Athens by 7:30 PM, Jeremy gave me a brief rundown of the basic functions of my 2021 Panamera to get me on my way, and he said that he would be glad to do a full overview of the vehicle the next day, if I desired. I accepted Jeremy's offer, and he was fantastic, spending almost two hours answering all of my questions and showing me all of the extensive functions and options of the vehicle. In addition, he agreed to look into one item that did not seem to be saving correctly and said that I could call him with any further questions. In addition, he called me a couple days later to check on how I was doing and to see if I had any additional questions. I told Jeremy he had provided me with the best customer service experience that I had received in over 20 years, and I meant it! While I was with Jeremy, Chad found me a Porsche front license plate holder (that I will need to get installed in VA to pass VA inspection laws) and he also gave me a 3rd vehicle key. That was great! Disappointed in the representation of the used vehicle I purchased. Vehicle was described as “spectacular shape,” “extremely clean,” and “great car.” This was far from the truth once I received the vehicle. purchased. Vehicle was described as “spectacular shape,” “extremely clean,” and “great car.” This was far from the truth once I received the vehicle. There are scratches, scrapes, dents, and the windshield is chipped. None of this was communicated prior to me traveling 500 miles to pick up the car. The dealership also wanted me to sign all the paperwork and complete the transaction before seeing the car. I ended up finding the vehicle on my own and had a limited time to review the exterior of the car. I was then called in and completed the transaction based on the information I received. Once complete, I went out to the vehicle and found a plethora of additional issues that were undisclosed. Specifically, all the rear headrests were missing, the car only came with 1 key, and the window trim appears to be plasti-dipped and is peeling off. During the drive back with the vehicle, I got 2 error codes on the dash for 2 separate issues. I provided all this feedback to the dealership and was ignored and the communication ended there. I rarely write reviews, but I feel this experience or lack there of warranted it. There is some ownership on my end as well, but I have been able to trust P-car dealers in the past that have accurately represented vehicles. I am now working through issues and spent several thousand dollars getting the vehicle to acceptable condition. There is no way I would have purchased this vehicle if it would have been represented accurately. As a Pcar enthusiast and Porsche brand connoisseur, disappointed is the best description I can use to describe this experience. More

I took possession of my brand new Porsche Taycan December 6, 2023 and have been having issues with the park assist since shortly after pick up. I've contacted customer care several times regarding this is 6, 2023 and have been having issues with the park assist since shortly after pick up. I've contacted customer care several times regarding this issue and have made least 2 service appointments. On my first appointment with Porsche Atlanta Perimeter Jan 4,2024, the service advisor was dismissive of my complaints and didn't even bother to log it in. I was directed to someone who sat in the car for a few minutes and told me that there were no issues. There wasn't a diagnostic done and I was sent on my way. Oddly enough, I was contacted a day later and asked why I hadn't hadn't arrived for my appointment. I contacted Porsche customer service via telephone and told they attempted to walk me through problem solving over the phone. After about a hour on the phone, the cs agent scheduled another service appointment for April 15 to include a loaner vehicle. I arrived to the dealership on April 15 and voiced my concerns. My vehicle was left and about 3 days later I was told that there were no issues with the car and everything was operational. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was given an invoice that said that the PCM was updated and that there were no issues with remote parking through the app and sent on my way. No one offered to test the feature to ensure that it was working. I decided to test the vehicle myself through the app before leaving the dealership and again, it did not work. I notified the service advisors on hand who told me that "no one uses that feature anyway". I was set aback since it's one of the features that I use the most and one of the reasons I chose the vehicle, He also told me that they had no service records on my vehicle (not even the one I made in January) except for something in November. I purchase the car NEW in December so I don't have any idea what that service was for, nor would he tell me. I was resigned to leave without a resolution and as I was walking to my vehicle I was shocked to notice that the windshield had a large crack traveling through the middle of the windshield from the passenger side to the drivers side. I immediately returned to the service advisor who claims that it was there when I brought in the car. I assured him it was not and that I was not leaving with the car in that condition. He then told me he would contact me with the cost of repair. I shouldn't be responding for damage to my car that occurred while on their premises. Meanwhile, the reason I had the appointment in the first place is still unresolved. The way I have been treated is despicable and I plan to warn any and everyone about my experience. More
