Overall a 3. Customer service and communication was poor. 4 text and 5 phone calls unanswered. I understand the service department is understaffed. Service on the Customer service and communication was poor. 4 text and 5 phone calls unanswered. I understand the service department is understaffed. Service on the car was EXCELLENT. Runs like new with brakes, tires and some engine work. $2,200 cost but if it keeps running like it has this week, it will be well worth it! Great job by the person who did the work on the car. We really like the service overall. However, it takes a bit too long to get in for an appointment. We dropped off the vehicle the night before, and when we hadn't heard an update by mid However, it takes a bit too long to get in for an appointment. We dropped off the vehicle the night before, and when we hadn't heard an update by midday, we tried calling but was told everyone was busy but they would call us back. Couple hours later, no call, we tried calling again and got the same answer. Called the third time, got the same answer. Finally, about an hour before closing we got a call saying it was ready and that if we couldn't get there in time they could hold it overnight. Seeing as how we need that vehicle on a daily basis, we dropped what we were doing and headed straight there. Also, we had to go through all of this because our previous appointment for a recall fix was not done correctly. The whole reason we had to bring it in was to undo and then correctly fix the recall issue. It would have been much more convenient if we were offered a complimentary car for the day and definitely had better communications, even if by text. We understand staffing issues, but those should not be our issues. But like I said, overall we are happy with the service and everybody is very nice. Exception obviously is the service in which the recall was not fixed correctly. More

Recently purchased my car and brought it in for its first oil change. Service counter personnel were very nice and polite, called for the appointment and they got me in the next day. However, the low rating oil change. Service counter personnel were very nice and polite, called for the appointment and they got me in the next day. However, the low rating because it took them three hours to do the oil change and they didn’t even reset the oil maintenance notification. Not sure the Southern Hospitality save of $60 was worth 3 hours of my time. More
