The support staff for Sales was equally pleasant and handled the back-up details efficiently. The Service area is very comfortable and the staff there was welcoming and ready to answer questions and provide service for the car down the road. Chris Dixon was an excellent salesman and I felt he did everything possible to ensure a pleasurable experience. He was good at explaining how things worked on the car and has let me know that when I am ready for more "lessons,' he will be happy to have me return for further explanation. There is only so much I can learn at one sitting on this auto. Great technology with car but one needs to learn all the functions. When I have called with questions, Chris has responded rapidly and got me the information I need right away---no waiting for response, return calls, etc. Most happy with Earnhardt and Chris Dixon. Definitely will recommend this dealership and salesman to friends and anyone interested in a Hyundai. More

I made my visit to the North Scottsdale Earnhardt Hyundai and was pleasantly surprised when Raheem Ojikutu spoke to me like an old friend about the car I was interested in. He was never pushy or overbearing, but instead made my car shopping experience truly enjoyable. The rest of the staff we worked with at the dealership were excellent as well and ended up leasing a car to me at a price significantly lower than any other dealership in the valley. Seriously- this is THE place to go to buy a car, they have an excellent selection of vehicles, a great staff of people who respect your boundaries and who will go above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied with your experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Raheem Ojikutu to anyone who is in the search for a new car. More

Sean Pieper & David Mach are FAB!!! I went in for an oil change and Dave usually helps me out. I told him my lease was ending and though I wanted to extend it was told by the finance pe I went in for an oil change and Dave usually helps me out. I told him my lease was ending and though I wanted to extend it was told by the finance people in CA that wasn't possible. My concern was my shaky financial situation from a health issue that occurred almost 2 yrs ago. The bottom line is Dave told me he would set me up with the right people that would make it happen....and sure enough, it did. I spent most of my time at Sean Piepers desk making my sales calls and checking my emails while he had a team work on getting my lease approved!! He is such a pleasure, a real gentleman. Sean had the nicest, calming influence as I was concerned that I was going to be stuck, thank you again Sean, as well as Tony and Mark. I drove away in my new Pacific Blue Hyundai, my third since moving to AZ in 2003, once again a happy girl! Excellent Experience When we arrived we were greeted by Sean Pieper and we made it crystal clear we were browsing and did not want any pressure. We actually just stopped by to see the new dealership and see what Hyundai had to offer. We did not have any intention of buying a car since we had a 2009 Nissan Murano with only 31,000 miles. Sean met and exceeded our every expectation. He was professional and very knowledgeable about Hyundai. Hours later, after a test drive and learning more about the SUV options available we complimented Sean for honoring our request for "no pressure". He reminded us of our initial statement that was "we are browsing and do not any any pressure". Obviously Sean is a good listener and he told us that the dealership prides itself in advising customers vs. using the hard-sell approach which we find is so typical in most dealerships. The rest of the team that we met and worked with were very friendly and helpful. In fact when we decided to actually purchase a car and decided on the particular car, package and color, they brought out one that just arrived and was still in its protective wrap. Within a couple of hours the car was good to go and we drove off the lot. Not having a car in the past with this level of technology, we have already arranged a mini-tutorial with Sean. We live in Terravita, a gated community in North Scottsdale and have learned that other residents (Bush, McClintock, Engman to name a few) have also purchased a Hyundai. We can assure you that we will share our experience with others in Terravita and tell them "Hyundai is the way to go" and "Sean is our man". Thank you for a great experience. When we were met with a stumbling block during our qualification process, the entire Earnhardt team was empathetic to our situation, they brainstormed together and found a way for the deal to be completed very quickly! All in all, we "drove" away feeling happy with our new purchase and feeling like we were taken care of by this Team! We will happily be referring our friends and family to this dealership. More
