Our experience with Dean could not have gone more smoothly. Moses and everyone we encountered were professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with. Moses and his manager went above and beyond to make sure we got the car we really wanted. When we got it home we noticed a couple things wrong and the dealership made it right immediately. They were nice enough to bring the car to me, as I have limited traveling options. I got my paperwork in the time they said and was able to get my plates. The only thing I didn't like was that Sean Moses q limited traveling options. I got my paperwork in the time they said and was able to get my plates. The only thing I didn't like was that Sean Moses quoted me an out the door price and his sales manager {Richard?} had me pay $250 more. I thought a quoted price was just that. The sales manager said he would feel better if I paid $250 more. Really? Doesn't say much about Dean Teams word!!!! More

I'm having some real issues here re: getting my second key-- which I should have gotten in the first place when I purchased my vehicle 06/04. It's now 06/14 and I still don't have it.
