I have been dealing with Pacifico dealership for years, and have always received excellent service when I was purchasing a car of getting service performed on my cars. My husband and I have visited numerous Hyundai dealerships in Philadelphia and the surrounding suburban areas, even New Jersey, and none can compare to Pacifico. At Pacifico, I don't feel like the Sales Managers just trying to make a deal and not have my best in mind. The Service Area employees are also excellent and extremely helpful. I listen when I'm waiting for my car to be service, and everyone of them are nice to the customers. They even call you at home about service for your car. That is really impressive. I have been a Hyundai customer for close to 20 years. I just purchased a 2013 Santa Fe Sports Limited and my husband and I love it. Delores Mack More

I'm very pleased with my experiences at Pacifico! I purchased a snazzy new Elantra four months ago at a competitive price. The salesman (Carl Madonna) didn't subject me to high pressured antics or "double talk" like I experienced at another Hyundai dealer. The sales transaction went quickly and smoothly. My return to Pacifico for the car's first oil change was managed by Sean Mellon. Sean's super considerate, too. When entering or leaving Pacifico, I feel like I'm treated like a celebrity. No joke. People are astonishingly friendly and helpful. Although I live 3 miles from another Hyundai dealer, I will gladly return to Pacifico (12 miles further) for service or another purchase! The 2013 Elantra GLS is a well built car with lots of nice features. It's comfortable and beautiful. I'm so pleased with my purchase. More
