He even brought my selected model to my house, just to make sure it would fit in my small converted carport garage--it did! My car was chosen from an incoming shipment, and when it came in, he made sure I got to drive it before taking it, answered another 50 or so questions, efficiently processed the paperwork, and made this a very pleasant car-buying experience. I also want to compliment Traci Roberts, who did the purchasing paperwork, for her knowledge, efficiency, and helpfulness. There were others I dealt with during the buying process, and everyone was most friendly and helpful. I am so glad we have this great dealership in Tucson. More

I have to say that working with the folks at Tucson Subaru is just plain easy. My wife and I have purchased four cars from them over the years, with the most recent being a 2016 STi. Sean, the salesman was personable and upfront about everything. Terry, the sales manager was willing to work completely within my budget to put the sale through, and Curt the finance guy (whom I've worked with in the past on all of our cars) just laughed (in a good way) as I bought yet another Subie from them. All great folks that made it easy to be in and out of the dealership in about two hours. Keep up the good work guys. More

I visited the dealership several times, looked at several cars, test-drove a few, and finally decided on a Certified Pre-Owned Legacy. There is rarely a single automobile that is perfect for every need, however I have confidence that the Legacy will fit my needs - and it has top safety ratings. My previous dealership experience had left a long-lasting negative impression (although a premium brand, it reeked of all the negative implications that are associated with the auto sales process of the 1970s..."would you like undercoating with that?"). The purchase of this Subaru was the opposite of that; Tucson Subaru was professional, courteous and, most definitely, not complicated or rushed. More

I was out in California completing training for work, This month I had to purchase a new car for business and I had narrowed my search down to Subaru. I was out in California completing training for work, so I couldn't go and look at any cars in Tucson. I test drove many Subaru foresters in CA and knew that was what I wanted, I just had to find a good deal. Just out of luck I found a lightly used 2013 forester for a good price at Tucson Subaru, so I called the dealer and was directed to Sean Johnson. Sean was very personable and was not pushy like most car salesmen. Sean was very patient and always returned my calls to follow up with my many questions. When I did arrive in tucson It was a Saturday night at 7pm and Sean stayed until 1030pm till all the paper work was filled out. I really can't stand pushy salesmen and had walked out of many dealerships this month for that reason. Also, for someone that had only been working a Subaru for one month, Sean was very knowledgable on the product and was able to answer most of my questions. More
