I was born and raised here in Tucson. I graduated from Eller college at the University of Arizona in 2010 and started selling cars shortly after. I love meeting new people here at the dealership as well as getting to be one of the 1st to see and test the new vehicles and features as soon as they come out. When I'm not working I enjoy watching football and college basketball (BEAR DOWN!) with my girlfriend Stephanie and our adorable little dogs Stella and Splinter.

Outstanding service at Tucson Subaru I have been looking for a Subaru WRX STI Hatch for quite some time now and was very pleased to see one show up at my local Subaru dealer. My salesman I have been looking for a Subaru WRX STI Hatch for quite some time now and was very pleased to see one show up at my local Subaru dealer. My salesman, Sean Johnson, was extremely patient with me, allowing me to test drive a few different models over the course of about a month. Finally, when the model I really liked came in, he was prompt in his invitation to come test drive it. The sale process was quick and efficient. I left with a great deal and now I have my dream car! He printed us the invoice they paid for the car and our price. We ended having to order a car from the factory to get the specifications we wanted. Surprised it came in 4 weeks when told likely would be 8 weeks. Sean kept us posted weekly with updates and was very knowledgeable. Once we decided to lease, we where sent to Tim Hanson with finance. With previous experiences at car dealerships got a lot of pressure to buy special upgrades or warranties. Tim was very straight forward and told us packages that were a waste of money and those we might be interested in. Again, no pressure however, and very friendly More

They Stepped Up to the Plate Now days it's rare to find Companies or individuals who are willing to "step up to the plate", especially when they make an honest mistake. In my per Now days it's rare to find Companies or individuals who are willing to "step up to the plate", especially when they make an honest mistake. In my perception I believe that Tucson Subaru dealership did just that, then not only did they take responsibility for an honest mistake they went beyond expectations and gave me a very good exchange. I didn't have to beg or plead my case. Marco's Romero in the service department was honest and "frank" about the problem. Sean Johnson again was professional, "Managed up his co-workers and explained in detail and gave evidence with every question I asked of him. Traci Roberts gave excellent advice and did the footwork to help me get an even better percentage rate than I started with on my first loan. Tim Hanson explained "Car financing lingo" in detail and "managed Up" his fellow co-workers. As a side note: the facility is clean, well managed, great free coffee, drinks and snacks. Steve Willis was very courteous. Tucson Subaru supports many different Charities like the Human Society, Cancer Society, Youth on their Own and more. Everyone is very professional, from the front desk to the service and Parts departments. I can honestly say I had a lovely experience. I Love my Subaru! I can't wait to name her! More
