Sean Johnson was my sales representative who I came in contact when asking for an e-price on the internet. At the time I was on the fence as to trade in my 2011 Outback or keep it but the 0% financing wa contact when asking for an e-price on the internet. At the time I was on the fence as to trade in my 2011 Outback or keep it but the 0% financing was a plus. I passed buying a new car in March but when the 0% financing was extended Sean notified me and asked if I was still interested. What I liked was the fact that while informative he understood my reasons for keeping the car or conversely trading the car. So while supportive he was never pushy or insistent that I buy new. I didn't get the car I had asked about because I waited about a week too long, however we made a deal on great substitute! Curt McHenry, finance, made the finance transactions move along smoothly and without issue for an overall seamless experience. Has was mentioned in other reviews, the sales process is not a speedy in and out. The new car is inspected, paperwork with Sean, finance, and then a complete tutorial on the car with Sean. More
