The Tucson Subaru staff were wonderful to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Sean to find my Outback, and Louie for knocking out the paperwork. Sean was great to work with in learning about the Outback, comparing its different trims, and getting hands on with test drives. He worked with me on different quotes based on the features I wanted, and made sure I was fully informed on all the costs and process. During the sale process, he was super helpful, walking through getting the paperwork prepped and onboarding me to my new car and it's accompanying services. When it came time to do the paperwork, Louie was great, explaining what everything was as we were going through it. As droll as paperwork can be, he had an infectious positive attitude, and made the experience more enjoyable than would otherwise be expected. Overall, this was the easiest car buying experience I've had to date, and can easily recommend Sean and his team to anyone looking for their next Subaru. More
