I was born and raised here in Tucson. I graduated from Eller college at the University of Arizona in 2010 and started selling cars shortly after. I enjoy meeting new people here at the dealership as well as getting to be one of the 1st to see and test the new vehicles and features as soon as they come out. My wife, Stephanie, and I have 2 young sons and a cute dog little dog who is super sweet with the boys. We love watching and going to UofA games and playing/watching sports together.

I went in with an only look at a specific vehicle I had wanted to build online, but not wanting to deal with this dealership due to past negative experience two years ago. Jack came out and I actually got wanted to build online, but not wanting to deal with this dealership due to past negative experience two years ago. Jack came out and I actually got a great first impression, not pushy, not overwhelming and not dismissive of my needs or giving me an attitude. I only wanted to see that specific vehicle that caught my eye online and still intended to go to the chandler dealership. Jack didnt let it phase him and even though the car had just arrived and was in the back lot he said we could look at it and even test it. He also said he was confidant that he could persuade me to deal with them, talked to Terry (manager?), and Terry wrote out a deal that he was sure I could not pass up. They were patient with our timeline of waiting for us to to confer with our own choice of finance company as although Suburu had a deal going, my hubby being a retired 30 year veteran would not qualify for the military discount. NFCU gave him not only a lower interest rate, but a long time customer discount, plus a long term veteran discount. I called Jack to ask him if he could wait (small deposit already given). He said sure and he would let Terry know. Anyway, as long as I kept Jack up on the haps, and he relayed that info, I was able to secure our own credit check and finance and a check for suburu within a couple of days. It was still a process to finish the business, but Jack put up with my husbands continuous (and annoying) overkill on the jokes without complaint and Sean was super friendly and patient with us also. Hubby was so impressed with who he met and dealt with that he said he would probably do any more dealings with Jack and company. Also, my faith is restored in the tucson suburu dealer, as I am actually the hard to persuade type, (although the tax rate in Tucson was almost the deal breaker for me as chandler's is lower), but the deal we got negated that extra cost, hence pushing my decision to finish the deal. Overall, the experience was basically stress free with a couple small exceptions. More

Both his demeanor and knowledge of the vehicles we looked at, and the one we finally decided to purchase was phenomenal. When the time comes around for us to purchase yet another Subaru model, we will be asking for him to be our sales rep again. And if he's not there on the day we arrive, we will be more than willing to wait until he returns back to work. More
