Service was great but communication on when car ready was lacking. I liked the text message but would have liked notification when car was ready for pick up. I was told 10am but apparently not finished until lacking. I liked the text message but would have liked notification when car was ready for pick up. Rachel was helping another customer when I stopped to see if car ready so it might have just been finished and there wasn’t time to notify me. More

This started before Christmas 2024 I was told it was a minor engine issue they could fix right after Christmas. Got it fixed and got it back on a Tuesday and the engine light was back on by Friday. I brought the following Wednesday and it was there for two weeks because I was told the whole engine needed to be replaced. I have children and I also work. I was told there were no loners available but I could get a rental and Tim Lally would reimburse me. No one called to give me updates I had to call and ask for them, no one called to let me know a loner was now available. I spent over $1,000 on a rental and it’s not guaranteed I will be fully reimbursed. I also worked with Ben and he was helpful at first but then I would call ask to speak to him and no answer. I left voicemails for a return call and never received one. I’m very disappointed with the service. My dad has bought 3 cars from this place and I have never something like this. More

Service team is always rude and slow. I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. First my transmission went out within 9 I have a new car that I bought from Tim Lally and I am spending way too much time taking it back for service. First my transmission went out within 90 days. It took a month to replace my transmission. Shortly after that the hatch wouldn't open. I called GM and they suggested that I switch dealerships for service. More
