I worked with Jaclyn and Dillon over the phone. We came to an agreement on price and set up a time for delivery. When I got to the dealership the vehicle was washed and had a full tank of fuel. Cons: i came in with a bank check to buy the truck and found out much later in the process that I was required to use onsite financing only and that i could refi to my bank after the deal was done. So, the dealership got all their fees wrapped into a bundle i had to refinance. Btw, they did attempt to convince me the bank apr wasn’t real, but it was. The detailing service leaves something to desire. Although it looked good when i picked it up it was a superficial detailing at best…. Didn’t last but a couple days. More
