Recently had car issues other Chevrolet dealerships where not able to figure out my issue. They where quick to figure out the issue and stayed in contacted me through the whole experience first trip of many not able to figure out my issue. This place really sucks ,I have been going to this dealer for the last 6 yrs.I have been through everything with my Cruze diesel. But today happens to be the absolute worst .I have never been treated this ba for the last 6 yrs.I have been through everything with my Cruze diesel. But today happens to be the absolute worst .I have never been treated this badly by any other dealership.The details .I was driving down to my home from work.i put my drivers window down and it would not go up.I stopped at Friedland Chevrolet.asked the service advisor if he could help me get the window up so I can drive the car .He said he could not help me because the mechanics go home at 4:00 ,It was only 3:20 and he stated that no one could loot the car until weds of the following week and just shrugged.No wonder you have so much turnover with your employees. Lastly he told me I had to figure because he has to much work.What a joke! More

Great Service I have a new 1500 RAM truck. Going through an automatic car wash the inside of the mirror was disconnected. I thought I would need a new mirror. W I have a new 1500 RAM truck. Going through an automatic car wash the inside of the mirror was disconnected. I thought I would need a new mirror. When I went to the service department and in the process of getting a quote for a new mirror. The service tech asked the manager to look at the mirror. He did and was able to pop in all back in place. He said, I wouldn't get a new mirror, when I asked what I owed, the cost was nothing. Then he came out with a wash rag and cleaned the mirror to match the clean truck. That was service that went over and above. More
