I recently came in for an oil change and an inspection sticker, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Devin and Sean were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and super communicative throughout the sticker, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Devin and Sean were outstanding—friendly, helpful, and super communicative throughout the entire process. They kept me updated on the progress and made sure everything was handled smoothly. I've had several dealership experiences and, having had a two decades long support career myself, I can say confidently that Imperial Toyota has it figured out. I walked in and was welcomed within a minute a two decades long support career myself, I can say confidently that Imperial Toyota has it figured out. I walked in and was welcomed within a minute and was sat down with a snack, bottle of water and friendly salesperson (Hany) right away. Hany took the time to get to know me, understand my wants and needs, and tell me about himself as well. My time at the dealership topped over four hours, but it went by in the blink of an eye. The options were clearly explained to me by Hany and later by the (equally friendly and personable) finance manager. I never felt pressured or like I was anything but valued. In fact, I felt valued and that each person in service, sales, management and finance truly wanted to make my experience positive. Even when I returned for my sticker and registration, the staff remembered me, warmly welcomed me back, took the time to hear about my experience with my vehicle this far and offer suggestions and troubleshoot any issues I had. As a service professional and as a customer, Imperial Toyota and Hany have my highest recommendation. Five stars. More
