Terrible experience that explains why the dealership model is a dying business. First they lowballed my trade in by $2000. I wanted the car so I agreed, signed all the papers, made a $5000 deposit and then was told if I wanted two keys, one for my wife, it would cost another $800, take it or leave it. So we left it. Should never be any last minute surprises! More
