Well they cannot control what Chrysler will do from a warranty perspective they have 100% control over the communication they provide. Communication from drop off to pick up was poor. I don't believe t warranty perspective they have 100% control over the communication they provide. Communication from drop off to pick up was poor. I don't believe they actually communicated with Chrysler on my behalf of the warranty and could not provide any evidence of that. Took 7 days to just complete an analysis and charge me close to $200 without providing the details. I would suggest you go to your local independent mechanic if it's not warranty work and if under warranty consider driving to Monticello in the future. More
