From the very start of entering the building the experience here was nothing less than superb. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and offered water and coffee from the start. The receptio experience here was nothing less than superb. I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome and offered water and coffee from the start. The receptionist was very bubbly and eager to assist. My salesman, Braylee, was down to earth and a simple young man not over doing any sales pitch but just obviously being his honest and kind self. I was buying a 2020 Mustang GT that had a tuning issue. Braylee brought in Scott Williams who was extremely knowledgeable in the sports car department. He explained what needed to be done and offered $1,000 towards the repair needed. This payment would be sent after I made the repairs. After making the agreement, Braylee sent me to financing where I dealt with a gentleman named Dakota. Dakota was very kind and thorough when going through my financing and warranty details. He was swift and wasted no time getting me in and out. As promised, I received a check in the mail two days after having my car tuned just as Scott explained. I have purchased 7 vehicles from 7 different dealerships. This dealership was 2 1/2 hours from home but after the awesome experience at Seth Wadley, my next vehicle will be purchased here. More

I stopped by Seth Wadley Ford while out on a route for my job. I didn’t have much time to look around and I shared that with my Salesman Bryan Zamarron. I told him my situation and what I was looking for, so we set a date for me to come back out later that weekend. Absolutely “No Hassle” at all. I returned on Saturday and I was treated to the best customer service I’ve ever experienced dealing with a car lot. Bryan was great. He had the vehicle ready for me to test drive and it was solid just as advertised. I then met with Scott Williams the New Car Manager and he went above and beyond my expectations working with me to not only get approved for financing but also making me feel assured and comfortable in the deal we were making. It was a totally awesome experience. The team work they displayed was Top Notch!!! I want to also thank Brycen Williams the Finance Manager. He was great explaining all of the details and coverages of my new purchase. I’ve never been happier signing my name on the dotted lines for anything. Lol. Saw a F350 on their website. I reached out to the dealer to see if it was still available. I spoke to Zach who said it was still available. We made a hour and half drive. Turns out I didn’t like that truck but fell in love with another F350 and bought it. Worked with the sales manager Scott who got the price within my budget and then Rickey in financing took care of me with the extra warranty and even got a better offer while working on the paperwork. Zack was an awesome sales person who took the time to help and listen to my needs. Scott took the fear out of car buying because everyone is so laid back and very easy going. My wife ended up upgrading to a new vehicle as well. We definitely will be back and have already referred several people to their dealership. More

We went to Seth Wadley Ford to purchase a new to us truck with one we found on their website and with our salesman Zach’s help however, there were two of the same color and one was a Lariat that we intended with one we found on their website and with our salesman Zach’s help however, there were two of the same color and one was a Lariat that we intended on getting but when we looked at it and the king ranch, my husband fell in love with the king ranch. We took his truck to trade in the next day and while waiting I decided to test drive a few and they let us take the Lincoln Navigator to lunch, I fell in love with it immediately!! We finished up with the truck and on our way home we worked out numbers over the phone with Rickey in finance who was absolutely amazing!! They had my Lincoln Navigator delivered to us at our home an hour and a half away in Texas the very next day! What amazing service, they have customers for life with us and all our family and friends! Zach was the best salesman, from the handwritten thank you card he left us as well as the Seth Wadley ball caps for my husband and the Lincoln ball cap for me, to being extremely patient and running around getting all the vehicles for us so quickly, he really does care for his customers. I also have to mention that Sales Manager Scott was amazing as well, he knew just what to give on our trades to get the deals done and with a smile! He also shared stories with me and my husband which we found to be so nice and down to Earth! They truly have found the secret to success and I wish nothing but the best for all of them, thank you so much Zack, Rickey & Scott!! Y’all are the best! More
