I had requested 5w20 when making the appointment. Double checked when I got there that they had my preference they stated yes. They still put 5w30. My car which is a Kia seltos the manual states it wants 5w20 in it. They did however make it right or supposedly I wasn’t watching them, the service people did seem like I was inconveniencing them so who knows if they actually fixed it. I don’t think I’ll be returning to Kia maintenance I understand now that I can go to jiffy lube watch them change the oil to my preferred oil 5w20 and I’ll still be under warranty. More
