It has been a very stressful week dealing with dealerships. From rude comments, to no empathy, to "this is business only" type of attitude from "OURISMAN CHEVY". The staff at Fitzgerald Chevy in Hagerstown did not treat us this way. They were all so kind, understanding, and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for.
