After some back and forth, Boucher had the vehicle repaired but never acknowledged the depth of the issue. An apology would have went a long way. I was also never offered undercoating or paint protection for purchase. More

The service center was great, the salesman was helpful until he sent us to financing, then his attitude changed. Once the deal was done he was off to another sale. I love my truck but they need to work on customer service in the sales team seeing is all they care about it the commission and off to chase more sales. More
